When SublimeText is installed, there is no 'Launch' button #426

I take it that installed software should show a 'launch' button - xed does show that button, for instance. But Sublime Text v. 4 does not - on Mint 21.3 and (see here) on Mint 22 beta. It is perhaps relevant that I installed Sublime via its 'developer' PPA.

I think it's not relevant. I don't use any PPAs other than Mint 22 default.
