Set default Tag when Treat Tags As=Tags #1343

At the moment when Treat Tags As = Tags it defaults to All.
I would like this to default to "Home dashboard"-tags as mainpage.

Or, additionally, make it an option to choose what taggroup to default to as mainpage.

Excellent idea. I just came to see if this had already been discussed and here it is front and centre! :)
