simplify header #1003

This PR:

fixes the organistaion-link in the dashboard
removes the extra header and footer for the cms
uses includes to reuse some html in hedare and deashboard-header
left-aligns the text in the user-dropdown
moves the logo down a bit
puts a background around login/register
some renaming and removing of css-classes

The variants are not used right, but I didn't know, how to do it differently. Using utility-classes would spread it a bit too far out, I would say.

@fuzzylogic2000 the org header stacks the links rather then inlines them on firefox dev?
