Thanks @stfnwp . We support Cassandra 4.0. This is just a PR to bring in 4.0 as part of the test matrix in automation. We're making some changes to the test automation framework so that's why this is delayed.

Again, this extension supports Cassandra 4.0 just fine.

This got mostly merged in with #137. I merged this PR into that branch, fixed up what was failing, and did a squash and merge.

The running of cassandra 4 isn't complete yet, like it wasn't previously on this PR. But that work can continue in a new PR when we're ready to work on it
