CMPT361 Assignment 2

Instructions:
- Same keys as per requirements

Features:
- Press CTRL+UP/DOWN to rotate on Z axis!
- Blocks aren't deleted, so you can build easier! ;)
- If it is time for the robot arm to release in an out-of-bound area,
the arm swings to the center of the board and releases it there.
