This is a post 4.1.3 request. As an example, the 7.3 service file for kvp contains the following:

[Unit]
Description=Hyper-V KVP daemon
BindsTo=sys-devices-virtual-misc-vmbus\x21hv_kvp.device

[Service]
Type=simple
ExecStart=/usr/sbin/hypervkvpd -n

This work was included in the 4.1.3 release.
