Multi-page problem

Hi Chris,

I tried your enterprise sql plugin, and I noticed my multi-page application doesn't work on IOS 9,
(No error message, nothing.. )
here is my small test application, i hope it can be useful:

I tested your non enterprise version (https://github.com/litehelpers/Cordova-sqlite-storage), and It worked perfectly

Thanks for reporting. I would like to apologize for not responding when you reported this issue in January. Others have reported as well.
