forced static linking of pthread to get round issue of people effected by windows 10 October update leaving some people unable to use any dll in programfiles, path, system32, systemwow64 etc..

Non mandatory but recommend upgrade built with lastest open ssl 1.0.2a, new checkpoint added, minor correction to correctly display year on splash screen built with qt 4.8.5 tested on win 8 , 8.1, and win 7

Lithium w/ Coin Control from Cinnamon Carter Dec 19 2014

This release adds a more recent checkpoint, otherwise is identical to the prior relesae. If you run a pool or a node you should build it with linux as normal. It is provided for windows users that want a build that matches the present code on github exactly.
