Hej you two, I promised to collect/add some more infos around this, so here goes:

• Regarding logistical and financial support from Mozilla, that's an issue that seems to have come up in earlier rounds -- @yochannah reports that she looked into this for her project Code is Science (http://www.codeisscience.com/), but sadly couldn't find any. She's suggesting that Mozilla pair the Mentorship with micro-grants for things like domains, stickers, etc., which is an idea I absolutely love! @abbycabs pointed to the Mozilla Mini Grants (https://science.mozilla.org/blog/2018b_minigrantrfp) whose deadline you've just missed 🙁, but that might be an option for next year?
• For inexpensive domains, I just recently used https://www.namecheap.com/ to get https://how-to-open.science/ , and it was ridiculously cheap ($6,48 for five years), though that might be because of the somewhat clunky name (I hope there aren't other downsides yet to emerge). Other domain registrars I know of are Gandi (https://www.gandi.net/en) and https://iwantmyname.com/ , and it might be worth shopping around a bit. Cloudflare recently announced that they are offering domains for the exact wholesale price without markup (https://blog.cloudflare.com/cloudflare-registrar/), though there's a waiting list to get into their service.

Quick note re: the mini grants - I think they will be reopening again in a few weeks. That said, the minimum amount is $3k. Maybe we should write a shared application for open source micro-grants :D

Hej, thanks, that would be fantastically awesome! I'm still imagining how much fun it would be if we could have stickers for every project 😍 (though that might be me, I'm somewhat obsessed with stickers).
