This pr bumps all deno related dependencies (deno_core, plug and std) and changes some code in
lib.rsto make it compatible with the latest deno_core. I could however not get it to build on my machine because of a fat linker error. It should however build on *nix like before. Also I didn't update any version variables or properties in any manifests because I think it would be easier if one of you did it (considering you are the ones creating the release).
