In this project, it explores the properties and its prices in Iowa State's collegetown. It highlights how the features of a property would be able to help you determine the price of a house. Included are three models which predict the housing price of properties in Ames, Iowa based on physical and intangible characteristics of the house.
The models include Lasso regression, multiple linear regression (mlr), and Random Forest Regressor. And have an R2 score of around 0.90.
