Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
There is no way to actually transcode in offchain mode. Being able to transcode in offchain mode would be useful for testing and local networks.

Describe the solution you'd like
A command-line flag the broadcaster can use to set the transcoder address in conjunction with offline mode. Perhaps by using -orchAddr on the broadcaster?

Describe alternatives you've considered

  • Specify the transcoder addresss per-stream via a RTMP query string
  • Specify a persistent offchain transcoder address via the CLI and DB
