ScrollTo() / Comment Scroll

Привет.

После обновления Google Chrome: версия 61.0.3163.79 (Официальная сборка), (64 бит).
Перестал скролл работать у версии LS 1.0.3.
Вверх, по топиках и по комментариях.

На сайте тоже так: http://livestreet.ru/blog/dev_livestreet/18946.html#comment300174

/engine/lib/external/jquery/jquery.scrollto.js надо заменить на такой:

После замены надо отключить компрессию в config.php:

Как я понимаю Максим не собирается поддерживать первую версию. Поэтому нет смысла репортить баги первой версии. Вторая то еле дышит.
