Hashboard provides a simple Sinatra app dashboard view of a Hadoop cluster and the jobs running on it.
First, get the repo:
git clone git@github.com:livingsocial/hashboard.git
Then, in the hashboard directory, install dependencies:
bundle install
Then, edit the config.yml file and set your namenode hostname. Then, start the sinatra server:
ruby hashboard.rb
You can optionall specify a port (-p), server (-s), or address (-o). Then, just use a web browser to view the dashboard.
