swift-package管理的组件无法依赖LEETheme，简单改造添加支持

你在Swift项目中使用有没有遇到什么问题? 我内部是基于消息发送做的, 并且推导的参数数据类型都是按照C类型判断的, 不知道在Swift中会不会有问题

目前还没有发现什么问，写的很好 - 因为需要主题的都是UI相关的 都是NSObject的子类（这点与OC一样，方法调用走的都是消息转发）

基于主题切换这个思路， 貌似还能出一个 App 国际化配置的一个库，这样App就可以实现不依赖苹果那套，实现App语言切换
