Class to handle integration with Klout(V2)

Steps:

1. Deploy this package to your org
2. Go to custom settings || Klout Setup
3. Add Klout API key & Klout Url to corresponding fields.
4. setup is ready

Note: You just need to pass twitter username to methods to get users information from klout. Use 'getEverything' method to get everything about user or use single methods for specific information
