I agree, thanks for accepting it for now. I'll look into cleaning it up so we don't have so much repeated code. |

I copied the font functions from draw2dimg to draw2dgl. I think if this doesn't end up being the way the project goes, it's still useful in the meantime as it does support drawing text. I asked about this in Issue #109.
