[Regression][Logout] On Safari 8 Can't Logout

Browser: Safari 8
server: staging 2.2.2

1. login to staging via homepage
2. logout of via about
   Observed (if cache clear you should be able to logout the first time)
3. login via homepage
4. logout via about

Observed you can't you are stuck. The only way to logout is via homepage

Expected: You should be able to logout

I even tried this link /accounts/logout/?next=/ on safari does not logout

However /accounts/logout does

actually it does redirect for /accounts/logout
so fix use accounts/logout?

@rschamp still an issue even after hotfix change. I am using discuss to logout and still notice issue. discuss has accounts/logout in sign out

However if i type accounts/logout on discuss page it works. I can logout

Could session/ be the cause of the Safari 8 signout issues?

It is issued roughly after logout I think. If it is issued before logout or at the same time would this cause a problem?
