Attempt to classifify user query as questions or statement using various ML techniques, ranging from simple TFDIF+Logistic Regression to Elmo embedding. 50% of testing sample are results from Quora while the other half are various tweets.
TF 2.0 is used for ELMO embedding, Keras deep learning models was another alternative. Codes only run on TF 2.0
