[Verifier] Rename matrix-intrinsics-opaque-ptrs.ll->matrix-intrinsics.ll

The original typed pointer version of the tests (matrix-intrinsics.ll)
is now obsolete. Replace matrix-intrinsics.ll with
matrix-intrinsics-opaque-ptrs.ll.
