Let CorrelatedValuePropagation preserve LazyValueInfo

Summary:
This patch makes CorrelatedValuePropagation preserve LazyValueInfo by adding LazyValueInfo::eraseValue & calling it whenever an instruction is erased.

Passes `make check` , test-suite, and SPECrate 2017.
