I couldn't figure out how the other sync-ups got their calendar link. Mine is a bit different.

The meeting is on the LLVM calendar (https://llvm.org/docs/GettingInvolved.html#llvm-community-calendar) now. You should be able to go there and add it to your calendar.

Is this 4pm west coast time? Or does the calendar automatically adjust the time shown for my time zone? I'm US east coast.

I think it's 4pm Eastern / 1pm West Coast. I looked at the calendar a few moments ago. It showed a time of 9pm UCT, which is 4pm Eastern.

Something seems amiss with the link, I get a 404 when I go to it. I think you need the link to be more like the other gcal links in the file where it uses /u/0?cid= instead of /event?eid=. (I'm not certain how to do that, but maybe someone else knows that.)
