  1. [lldb] Fix MaxSummaryLength target property type 

    GetMaximumSizeOfStringSummary() fails to read the target property as it's
being fetched as <uint64_t> but defined as SInt64 in TargetProperties.td.
Thus it always falls back to the default value.
