[DiagnosticInfo] Set correct DiagnosticKind for DiagnosticInfoIgnoringInvalidDebugMetadata class

LLVM currently sets the diagnostic kind for DiagnosticInfoIgnoringInvalidDebugMetadata as DK_DebugMetadataVersion instead of DK_DebugMetadataInvalid meaning that the output of classof is incorrect.
