Error required ruled

Today I tried to download your configuration, my system is Fedora, I already configured the terminal and the browser, but when I enter awesome it says that there is an error that requires ruled, the truth is I don't know what it is, and I don't know about lua either.

I have the same problem :(. But it seems some version conflicts related with lua becuase awesome isn't compatible with lua5.4 at all so I downgrade to 5.3. If you try to do your own config you can do everything in a single file, but once you try to split these errors occur :(
