Using sudo pip install -r requirements is most often bad practice as it installs packages with administrator privileges, which can lead to security issues and conflicts with other software on the system. It's better to create a virtual environment and install packages within that environment to avoid these problems.

Instead, just use pip install --user -r requiremets.txt
