First release, windows binaries available for download. Both versions listed here are identical in functionality.

We recommend to use binmerge-gui.exe for general use, it will take few seconds to start up, in case the program doesn't open you can use the other version.

uac-binmerge-gui.exe will ask a permission to windows for execution, please allow it and you will be ready to use the program!

We're not harming your computer, this program is bundled with a python interpreter, that why the file size is so big. In order to run it, the .exe needs to decompress some files on a temporary location. Depending on your operating system and antivirus settings, such operation is prevented, that's why we need to escalate the permission using the UAC version.

Some antivirus might complain about the program, don't turn off the protection. In this case, it would be better to install the Python interpreter from the official website, then download the source code, now with a double click on binmerge-gui.py you can start the program.
