Enable CORS

We need this so that the external lobid contexts can be loaded in the JSON-LD playground. See http://enable-cors.org/server.html for how to add CORS support.

Deployed to staging, contexts are now served with CORS header and application/ld+json type, see e.g.: http://test.lobid.org/context/lobid-resources.json

Documents using the context can now be pasted into the playground, e.g.:
http://test.lobid.org/resource?id=HT002189125&format=full
