This and installing localgov_workflow has made it possible for an editor to create and publish publication pages. Need to rename the landing page to allow workflow to work there too. But can create pub landing pages and attached published publications to it with this fix. |

Ta. I've made #93 as a follow up to rename the landing page. Merging this as it's an improvement. |
