Describe the bug

Oneplus has weird heuristics wether or not to enable high framerates. Basically, we need to manually enable this.

flutter/flutter#35162

There is a package that enables this:
https://pub.dev/packages/flutter_displaymode

To reproduce

  1. Open this on on OnePlus with high framerate mode
  2. Only see 60 FPS

Expected behavior

Should use high framerates
