+The LocalStack Web Application provides a Resource Browser for managing AppConfig applications. You can access the Resource Browser by opening the LocalStack Web Application in your browser, navigating to the **Resource Browser** section, and then clicking on **AppConfig** under the **Developer Tools** section.
