Feature description
The AWS CodePipeline (and CodeBuild, CodeDeploy, CodeCommit) features are commonly used in AWS infrastructure to build/deploy services into AWS. This is often generated via IaC such as Terraform, CDK, CloudFormation, etc... It would be very useful to have this ability in Localstack so those that build/deploy infrastructure this way could use that same IaC to deploy into their local environments.
Not having this feature means those that use CodePipeline as a CI/CD cannot utilize Localstack without having to either migrate to a supported CI/CD or have a separate IaC for local environments which is inherently problematic.
