Several of the macros defined in fuse use the same name as macros defined in ROS2. To prevent conflicts, the fuse macros were "namespaced" by adding a
FUSE_prefix to anything that didn't have one already. To prevent breaking any external packages, the original macro header and names are maintained, with a compile-time message saying this file is deprecated.
