Brand Usage

Desura's trademarks are our identity, and shows who and what Desura is. They are an important piece of Desura's visual communication, and they represents Desura. They are something Desura protects and wants to be associated with high quality and trust.

A trademark is defined as a distinctive sign or indicator used by a company or legal entity to identify its products and services to consumers. The trademark must originate only from the owner, and distinguish it from all others.

A trademark can last forever if the owner continues to use the mark to identify its products and services. If trademarks are not used properly, they can be lost and one of the owner's most important assets loses its value. Rights, for example, can be lost through improper use of the trademark by the public.

Here you’ll find everything you need to know about using our trademarks and logos.
