@mrfelton this is good, tests should be rolled up to newer bunyan -- however this commit alone puts the shrinkwrap out of sync. I'll need to revisit the shrinkwrap issue (I'd like to get it out of there; there was some funny stuff happening where npm was installing bad deps-of-deps for the build without it, but it's been a while and the issue may have been resolved) before merging this.
