I find how to stably reproduce this bug:

  1. double click (or use shift+arrow or use ctrl+A) to select a line in the code block.
  2. click once again anywhere inside the selected area.

Also note that the code block must be newly created. If I focus on another block and come back, the bug cannot be triggered any more.
