- Handle Whiteboards' UI/UX on published graphs
- Hide toolbar, context bar, some context menu options, undo redo buttons, resize & rotate handlers
- Disable editing, translating, deleting, grouping, un-grouping, moving up/down, creating
- Only allow switching between select and pan (move) tools
- Disable creating new whiteboards
- Disable title editing and hide delete button on images (resolves Published page titles can be edited #4552)
