Empty error quotation makes jbofi'e crash

This input makes jbofihe crash:

  mi cusku lo'u le'u le'u

This one, too:

 mi cusku lo'u le'u

In fact, it appears to me that any input which contains lo'u le'u (error quotes which quote the empty string) makes jbofi'e crash.

Besides the usual “An unexpected error has occurred”/“Please submit a report” message, jbofi'e also shows this error message:
“jbofihe: lex2.c:239: build_string_from_nodes: Assertion `0' failed.”

PS: I know that development on jbofi'e has ceased but I think it is still important to document bugs for the things the future might bring.
