• Added DB saving for ErrorToasts
• Added ErrorToast caching (fixes stuttering in gameplay)
• • Full fix for Wine/Linux issues

Known Issues:

• Plugin interface language changer is not working (yet)
• Toasts do not show the Translation Overlay properly (yet)
• Languages that do not use the roman alphabet are not rendered properly (fix in the works)
