Please hold off on using this until v1 or greater. There's no effective toolchain for testing or debugging an action locally, so this is unlikely to work.
As of the time of this release at least one version needs to be created to get a marketplace page, at which time future changes can be tested by pointing directly at a specific SHA rather than the release tag. Future versions should be stable.
