This adds an explanation of the URL query parameters that are automatically passed into external study links ('child' and 'response'). Here's the existing Study URL section and screenshot of changes made here:
This also makes minor edits to the 'External' checkbox documentation (reduce redundancy, clarify the difference between internal and external, add links for docs on internal study protocols and external study URL sections).
