Originated from #1299

In this apidocs http://apidocs.loopback.io/@loopback%2fdocs/rest.html, there are links for Request and Response. However, when clicking on it, it doesn't bring to the right location.

Talked to @raymondfeng, the "Request" and "Response" type are imported from Express but our generated apidocs have dangling links. It's a nice-to-have to fix it, but not critical.

We've changed how apidocs generates. Closing this issue as irrelevant.
