Footprint depth calculation

According to the method of your article, if I use corrected.bw to calculate footprint depth will appear negative value. How can I avoid negative values, so that the larger footprint depth I get means the higher the activity?

Yes, this is a feature of the footprint depth - the deeper the footprint, the more negative the footprint depth is. If you want it reverse, you can safely multiply with -1 to get the values in a positive range.

For the other issue, I have not seen this error before. If it is still an issue, can you provide some more information e.g. what system you are on and the full log of the run? Thanks.
