Update Even Better Mod Descriptions (#612)

* Update locations
  * DLC patches are no longer hosted on main page.
  * Remove redundant location.

* Remove `alsoUseX` messages
  * DLC patches now only hosted on Fixed page.

* Add `versionXIncY` messages
  * V4.2 incompatible w/ pre-NG.

* Update cleaning data
  * V4.2.
  * Remove version numbers from comments (can be seen in commits).
  * Remove data for nonexistent versions.
