Under #40, Skyline contributions.

  * Move to Gameplay - Economy & Item Balance section.
  * Replaces incompatibility.
  * Not strictly necessary, just edits game settings.

VendorGameTimeRestockNoDefaultRestock.esp just edits two game settings, iMerchantRespawnDay1 & iMerchantRespawnDay2. Bashed Patch settings tweaks can be made for both, & a useBashTweakInstead message could be added to it. They don't appear to be mentioned at all on either GECK wiki, but they do show up in GECK. They appear to determine the days of the week when merchant inventories respawn, being set to 0 (Sunday) & 3 (Wednesday) by default, respectively, with a value of 8 disabling the setting. Some more research is necessary.
