This mod is a direct port of a mod that was flagges as corrupted on Skyrim LE. I've heard that it was made with TESVSnip.
xEdits QAC gives me this messages:

Note: the mod author has said, that those warnings/the corruption message Loot gives you can be ignored, which is not true afaik.

Yes, if you want to, I wouldn't recommend anyone use those plugins in their current state.
