Support parenthesis in MSBuildCommunityTasksPath

Sorry for the late response to your question. I've run into this myself when my build path included directories containing parenthesis. Given that there was another person who had this problem and created Issue #63, I thought it appropriate to submit a fix. |

Fix for Issue #63. MsBuild has a known issue where parenthesis in file paths cause UsingTask to insert %28 and %29 instead of parenthesis.
