Add predictions (and subsequent downstream calculations) for DIA = 2 h for those with the shortest available DIAs in the minimed pumps.

Thanks for filing this. We've got some plans to split out IOB calculation
from prediction, at which case we can support linear IOB for any input DIA.
currently the is using Walsh's algorithm and I don't have a 2 hour curve.

No formula. Medtronic claims its proprietary...Working on some curve fitting. Do you have the Walsh plots available? Any idea how different this is from those?
