No function to generate reflection matrices.

Expected/Desired Behavior or Experience:

There's code available to generate the reflection matrix for reflecting points against a given direction through the origin.

Actual Behavior:

While users can write this code themselves, there's presently nothing like this already available in the PlayRho library. No sense in not proving code like this within the library for users' convenience.
