And uptime kuma can already be installed as a web app.
Web Notifications / Browser Push should become supported by iOS/iPad this year (hopefully),
but all the other browser engines (as on Android) already support native notifications from web apps.

So could Uptime Kuma add browser notification support (as a web app)?
